Project Details
- One (1) Contract Administrator for a 45 Townhouse project in Mango Hill with Civil Works. High volume residential experience required. Site-based role with some time spent in the office as needed.
- One (1) Contract Administrator for 24 High-End Townhouses at Runcorn with Civil Works. High volume residential experience required. Site-based role with some time spent in the office as needed.
- One (1) Contract Administrator for a 40 Unit, 3 Storey project in Redbank Plains. Commercial residential experience required. Office/Site-based role
Responsibilities
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the project lifecycle by managing contractual agreements, assisting with budgets, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate success and uphold our commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the administration of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with project teams to review contract terms and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare, evaluate, and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Conduct contract reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Support the financial management of contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Assist in resolving contractual disputes and claims in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial/residential construction industry.
- Understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and procurement processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse contract documents and identify key terms and conditions.
- Experience in financial management related to contracts is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction project management software.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
