We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a broad skill set to join this fast-growing company. This is a diverse role requiring someone who can confidently handle project management, contract coordination, and contract administration responsibilities. With 12 active projects—including hospitals, aged care facilities, high-rise apartments, and aerospace developments—you will play a key role in driving project success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Handle contract coordination and administration, working closely with stakeholders and the wider team.
- Manage and provide leadership to supervisors and foremen across all projects.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager, Operations Manager, and Business Development Manager for seamless project execution.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Trade background in plumbing or civil construction, OR extensive CA/PM experience in the commercial plumbing space.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial projects.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in hydraulic and civil construction.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and civil construction processes.
- Experience managing commercial plumbing projects, with projects ranging up to $5 million.
- Solid background in contract administration and coordination.
Projects: 12 live projects with values up to $5 million, including hospitals, aged care facilities, high-rise apartments, and aerospace developments.
Team: You will have the support of the Commercial Manager, Operations Manager, and Business Development Manager, in addition to reporting supervisors and foremen.
