The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales and Building Administrator who excels in client interaction and contract management. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the construction process, managing contracts, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through the entire building process, from initial inquiries to final handovers.
- Manage and administer contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant.
- Conduct client meetings, handovers, and regular follow-up calls to maintain strong client relationships.
- Liaise with clients to address their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and review contracts, tenders, and variations.
- Handle client communications, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Sales or Administrative roles within the construction industry.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience with contract management, preferably within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in Buildxact and Xero is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
