About the Builder

 

This Builder is a privately-owned commercial construction company, operating predominantly in South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

 

Their office is based on the North Side of Brisbane.

 

They build both D&C and Hard dollar commercial projects ranging in value from $1M - $10M. 

 

The role 

 

  • Undertake all contract administration duties on multiple active projects

  • Provide support to Site, Project, and Construction Manager to deliver high quality product 

  • Coordinator council approvals, associated permits and records

  • Liaise with all other project stakeholders

  • Produce cost reports

  • Document control

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of each project, including scope, pricing, subcontractors, and other relevant information

 

Requirements 

 

  • 2+ years working as a Contracts Administrator on commercial projects $1M - $10M

  • Proficient using Jobpac - preferable 

  • Proven experience in the preparation and administration of contract agreements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong administration and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • The ability to communicate with all stakeholders in a timely, knowledgeable, and confident manner

  • Based on the North Side of Brisbane

 

You’ll be working within a tight-knit team of construction professionals that all pull together to deliver D&C and Hard dollar projects to a successful outcome for their clients.

 

You might well be working on more than one project at a time, so no two days will be the same and every day will bring a new challenge
