Provide administration support to all areas of a small commercial construction business.

 

Requirements

  • Previous admin experience working for a construction company
  • Residing on the North Side of Brisbane
  • Proficient using industry accounting and management systems (Cheops or Jobpac)

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Answering the phone
  • Distributing mail
  • Greeting visitors
  • Plans management
  • Assisting with the certification and estimating
  • Accounts admin
