Provide administration support to all areas of a small commercial construction business.
- Previous admin experience working for a construction company
- Residing on the North Side of Brisbane
- Proficient using industry accounting and management systems (Cheops or Jobpac)
Duties and responsibilities
- Answering the phone
- Distributing mail
- Greeting visitors
- Plans management
- Assisting with the certification and estimating
- Accounts admin
